FAQ return and refund period

Deadline : Returns must be made within 15 days from the date of purchase.

Product Condition: The articles must be new , unused and in their original packaging .

⚠️ Due to the nature of diffusers and fragrances, no returns will be accepted if the product has been used or unpackaged.

Proof of purchase: A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required to make a return.

Items not eligible for return:

• Gift cards
• Final sale or promotional items purchased at a discount
• THE diffusers and fragrances having been opened or used
